What We Do In-House

Our workshop runs a complete metal furniture production line, from raw material to finished goods:

Cutting & Bending – We precisely cut and shape metal tubes and sheets to spec.

Welding – Using TIG, MIG, and laser welding to create joints that are both strong and visually clean.

Pickling, Powder Coating – A full powder coating line delivers a durable, scratch-resistant finish in any RAL color.

Weaving – Our skilled team hand-weaves synthetic rattan or fabric seating — a process that combines craftsmanship with production efficiency.

Assembly & KD Packaging – Products are fully assembled for QC check, then disassembled and packed in sturdy 5-ply cartons with corner protectors for safe, space-saving shipment.
